Chemistry made fun!
I am confused as to why you posted this as a game, because this is clearly not a game, but an interactive cartoon. Still, kudos to giving science a closer place to our hearts.

"game/interactive" is the official distinction. this is interactive, is it not? :P
Oh boy! An incredibly useless application.
Sorry, but this flash not only shows little time and effort to program, but is incredibly useless in its existence. Why, for the life of us, would we want to play with a simulation of one of the most frustrating toys ever to be invented?
Well, why would you take time and effort into your pointless review in which NOBODY CARES! Haha...have a nice day.
Tons of glitches
I don't know why, but somehow things always get screwy when I play this game. For example, on the second playthrough, the game said I passed, and then it said I failed. On the third try, I had 2 found bombs by default or something.
Needless to say, it has way too many bugs.
I will check that out
It's like Collapse with an extra dimension of fun.
It's a great concept all-around. If you fix these slight problems, it will be even better:
1.) The last layer of blocks never appears. It always ends the level. Instead.
2.) Music, please!
Other than those two things, great job.
OMG learning! run!!!
No geography, and no promotion of education OR SO HELP ME GOD.
Seriously, that was so boring. And what's the challenge if the map is right there for you to see?
ur dumb how can u put the states in the us if the us isnt there
So-so.
Certainly not a groundbreaking game, considering that the last one was very similar to this. Also, you have a big design flaw in that switching between the Simulation and Preferences screens causes the inactive one to be restored to default. For example, if the preferences you choose are somewhat good but not perfect, you have to readjust the preferences all over again when you want to make a minor change. This makes playing slightly clunky. You should probably create variables to store the state of objects on the inactive screen so that you don't have to go through the process of setting things up again.
Recording settings is a good idea, I'll add this too.
It wasn't fun.
The controls are pretty badly set up. Whenever I forcefully move my mouse to one side (going off the side of the flash) and let the button go, it doesn't register. This makes it way too much of a chore to get off a decent throw.
AAAAAAAGH!!!
This is so incredibly frustrating!!! Why would you put such tight time restrictions to complete each level!? And whenever you die, you have to start all over again!? This is way too unfair to be fun. A good game not only provides decent challenge, but knows when to put a limit to the difficulty. I hereby sentence you to one blamming.
